Edit Room Departments

Screen Description
In the Edit Room Departments screen, you can indicate which rooms from all rooms available to you can be used by the department selected in the Rooms screen. This screen is useful for deputies who manage more than one department.
Details
The rooms are divided into Rooms - Currently Assigned and Rooms - Currently Not Assigned. The link "View Rooms - Currently Not Assigned" provides a shortcut to the second part.
Both Currently Assigned and Currently Not Assigned rooms are divided into categories which are the same as in the Rooms screen: Classrooms, Departmental Rooms (an equivalent of Additional Instructional Rooms), and Special Use Rooms. The rooms within each category are sorted by the room capacity (in descending order).
Uncheck a currently assigned room to remove it from the list of rooms for a given department or check a currently unassigned room to add it to the list.
Operations
- Update (ALT+U)
- Save changes and go back to the Rooms screen
- Back (ALT+B)
- Go back to the Rooms screen without saving changes
